A 1985 graduate of Trinity College, Peter earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1988 when he joined the firm. Peter has been a strong advocate for injured clients as a trial attorney for over 25 years. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, workers’ compensation, product liability, and commercial litigation. Peter is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association.
Firm Founder, Morton Appleton, has been practicing law for nearly 60 years as a trial lawyer. Morton earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and received his law degree from Boston University in 1955. He has practiced law in Connecticut and Massachusetts throughout his career. His practice areas have included civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and administrative law. He is currently a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Administration.
